Coaching sessions can be scheduled weekly or biweekly. For the 1-1 Career Coaching Package, sessions must be used within nine months of the purchase date. For the 1-1 Leadership Coaching Package, sessions must be used within thirteen months of the purchase date. Unused sessions are forfeited and not refundable.
What if I don’t use all of my coaching sessions?
Either party may end the Coaching relationship by providing the other party with two weeks’ notice, which may be transmitted by email to kristyn@thecareerstrategist.com. Upon notice of termination, if the Client is available, there will be one final no-cost 15-minute session for feedback. Refunds will be issued for unused one-on-one coaching sessions at a rate of $100/hour.
What is your refund policy?
The goal is to make this easy and save you time - think of coaching as a shortcut to your goals. Each package comes with a set number of coaching sessions. We will identify actions for you to take between each session, and the time you put into implementation is up to you. Depending on your goals, homework could range from a 30-minute online assessment to spending an hour working on your resume or dedicating 2-3 hours for a job search and applications.
What is the time commitment for coaching?
Career coaching clients have identified the true career path they desire, changed their job expectations and requirements, and landed new jobs resulting in a significant promotion in title, increased pay, and the fulfillment and impact they desired. Leadership coaching clients have improved their delegation, time management, and planning skills and were able to increase their organizational impact and influence - landing them increasing responsibility, resources, recognition, and rapid promotions.
